Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie z dużym balkonem w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji. Blisko do stacji autobusowej, marketu i wszystkich atrakcji jakie oferuje okolica. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. Wysprzątane na nasz przyjazd. Mały minus za bardzo słaby sygnał Wifi. Mimo to bardzo polecam!

Locale perfetto,vicino alla vita notturna ma anche silenzioso per riposare. Vicinissimo al mare e anche a ottimi ristorantini. Oliver disponibile e molto gentile. In casa avevamo a disposizione parecchie cose tra cui teli per la spiaggia,creme solari ombrellone da mare ecc... bella esperienza! Torneremo sicuramente!

Oliver is a real gentleman, polite and he will take care about everything. Always available to all your needs. The house was clean and good located. Nice place if you want to surf (5 min to the beach) or just stay with your friends/girlfriend. Recommended!!!!!

Oliver just met me and my friends at the bus station. He told us where we can buy food etc. and he showed us the way to the apartement. The apartement is really nice, you've all what you need there. The location of it is very nice, too. It's just about 100m to the next supermarket, which is open 24h/day and about 200m to the next beach and the clubs. The clubs are really good, too. Near the little supermarket is an information station where you can book trips, cars etc. Because of Oliver we where able to get some discount on the trips. It was really nice to stay there and Oliver was really helpfull, too. There were enough towels and bedclothes for both of us for the hole week and if not, there is a washing machine in the apartement, too. Me and my friend would definitely go there again!

Super Apartment: Gute Lage, hat alles was man braucht! Wir konnten bei der Ankunft nicht sofort rein und unser Gastgeber war so nett und hat uns in das Café gegenüber eingeladen.

Friendly and helpful host. Good location, everything is reachable by foot within minutes. Nice view, spacious balcony for breakfast and evening meals. Safe-box available with no extra fee. Some small but essential stuff, like beach mats, beach towels, buckets & spades for child, etc were available. Parking also available. Good value for the price you pay, can not ask for more. We would come again. Thank You!

Ci siamo trovati bene. L'appartamento era pulito e fornito degli oggetti da bagno e lenzuola. è vicino alla spiaggia, ai vari servizi e a buonissimo ristorante italiano, oltre che al Siam Park. è in una posizione ottima, anche se, essendo vicino alle Veronicas, non è una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, lo consigliamo pertanto a persone giovani o a chi non è infastidito dal rumore. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment with everything inside you could ask for. Sun hits the balcony in the morning. Couldn't ask for more. Very nice amable owner. Very central with all the amenities in close proximity. Definitely would stay again 10/10.

We lived 6 days in the studio and I can recommend it. The studio is few minutes from great beach, cheap supermarket nearby and great parking right in front of the house. Clean, comfort, fully equipped. The studio has everything you need (except air condition - but there is a fan so no problem and Wi-Fi - you can catch the signal outside from another appartment). Another plus: the guy who was taking care of us - he picked up us on the bus station, helped with car rental, gave us useful tips. If you want to spend some time in South Tenerife, this studio is right choice.

Oliver turned out to be a wonderfully friendly multilingual individual who tried to accomodate us in every possible way. He met us at the bus station in Playa de las Americas, brought us to the apartment, explained everything! I wish all hosts were more like him!

Our days in the Oliver's studio were great! Oliver was waiting us in the entrance and made us a tour around the complex, explaining all the details from the studio and offered his help if we needed anything. The studio is very well located, 5min. straight walk to Playa de Troya and 20min. by car from the TFS airport. It has all you can need during your stay: iron, big wardrobe, fridge, kettle, TV with VHS and DVD player, sunny terrace with clothes rack, nice couch, microwave... Oliver also provide us with some amenties, like shower gel, shaving foam or sunscreen. And a second pair of sheets and towels. We missed a bigger frying pan and a salad bowl. The biggest surprise was that the complex has his own parking area! We parked everyday without problems while all the surrounding streets were crowded. We recomend this studio if you are planning traveling to the south of Tenerife. Thanks Oliver!

We had a very nice stay in Playa de las Americas. From the apartment everything is within walking distance you need and there is the possibility to park the car right in front of the house. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and it was not too loud at night. Very nice contact the owner, who was also in between approachable for questions. Thank you.
